The 2026 Reindeer Male Velvet Hunting season is open until Friday, July 31st or once 20 reindeer have been taken. Hunting of
young male/female is prohibited (less than 3 years of age). Hunters must abide by regulations and obtain a permit and report a
successful hunt to an ECO sentinel within 2 business days. Hunters can obtain a permit over the phone by calling during normal
business hours. Leave your name, number and a brief message and they will get back to you, contact Paul-4030 or Aaron-4450.
Attention 5th Grade Parents: The class trip is right around the corner. Please ensure your enrolled child has a valid Tribal ID card
for travel. Please do not wait until the day before travel to request an ID. To make it easier for the families, kids can come in to get
their ID’s taken and printed right after school, Monday – Friday from 3pm – 5pm at the Main Tribal Office. Questions? Call 615-5324.
Important Reminder: A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign and pick up the minor’s Tribal ID card.
